First in Italy

For eight years now, Foligno has held the Festival dei Primi D'Italia, an event that aims to celebrate the great culture, all Italian, of first courses. The real protagonists of this fantastic national gastronomic review are the Italian excellences; such as pasta, rice, polente, gnocchi, rice and much more. During the event there are numerous initiatives, often with the presence of great starred chefs of national and international level.
